Hellenic Tao offers quality weekend retreats in nature combined with mild mountain trekking and healing bodywork exercises from the taoist qigong tradition of the Far East.

As a destination for our March excursion we have chosen one of the most beautiful villages of Central Greece, the village Fidakia.

Cobbled streets, old stone-houses, courtyards efflorescent, beautiful houses and picturesque square with the imposing church of the Birth of the Virgin, form the image of this restored village that is built at an altitude of 1,000 meters.

Services:

In the price of 100 euros p.p. are included: Saturday night stay in a double room with rich breakfast, WC, douche, central heating, balcony, TV & DVD for movies, Internet access as well as all of the following activities:

• Saturday traditional dinner in the guesthouse, including appetizer, 1/2 salad, main dish and dessert
• an about 4h long (with stops) guided walking (Sunday 10:00-14:00) towards the next mountain village, including 30 min of breathing exercises

• A mini 3h long workshop on the Daoist Healing Sounds!

Kids younger than 12 years old may not participate in the program and thus you should arrange for childcare. Excursion attendance fee for them is 60 euros.

Friday or Sunday night staying is possible too, for extra 80 euros per room per night.

How to reach the guesthouse:

Participants have to either provide their own transport or join us in our mini van or mini bus at the extra price of 50 euros per person, departing Saturday morning 08:30 from central Athens.
