Themes of our vacation plans          ΣΕΛΙΔΑ ΣΤΑ ΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΑ

Our seminars, all being practical with minimum theory, focus on breathing exercises, various energy-like movements, natural sounds, massages and meditations, all in the Chinese tradition.

 

All we actually do is help your body's senses, mind AND soul remember how to deepen into and exploit movement, breathing and concentration in order to feel and channel the flow of different kinds of energy, for the benefit of health and overall self development.

Each seminar's material - practiced regularly and with discipline - provides an adequate self awareness tool to maintain, further enhance or even restore in some cases one's personal well being.


Our instructors' two main goals are: safe training AND awakening of motivation, so that the participants will continue doing the exercises once they have returned home, as this is the only way they will fully benefit from their time spent.
Instruction material such as notes and video tapes are also provided for this purpose.

The first five themes are the basic subjects for every vacation plan.

Instructors add on location one or two more subjects to teach, 

depending on schedule's available time for practice, 

as well as on group's different needs.
